Pregnancy Mini-Course

Learn some foundational core exercises and stretches to support your pregnancy

Course Summary

In this mini-course, you will first learn the correct way to engage your core. It is important in pregnancy that you keep your core muscles "online" because they are still responsible for supporting your spine and pelvis as you grow. Keeping them active may prevent pregnancy related back pain and pelvic pain.

Then you will learn a few stretches that are great for opening the pelvis for birth and helping baby get in optimal positioning for labor and delivery.

The exercise routine is appropriate for anyone in any stage of pregnancy, as long as it feels good to your body. Always listen to your body and seek in-person care if needed.

All exercises are taught in video form as well as a handout to print.

"I wasn't sure how to do core work once I got pregnant so I stopped everything.  Then I started to feel a bit unstable as my belly grew and so I started looking into pregnancy core work and so glad I found this mini-course.  These exercises are simple and have helped me feel stronger and more stable!"

Christina W

Mom of 3

"In my 3rd pregnancy, my back pain came on sooner than the other pregnancies. My friend told me to try this mini-course and the exercises started to help me feel better within a week. I also realized I wasn't engaging my core correctly at all and that probably helped the most!"
