In this mini-course, you will learn the foundational core strategy for activation of your pelvic floor and deep abdominals and then a home exercise routine to put the strategy into practice specifically to target the support structures for pelvic organ prolapse.
This mini-course is appropriate for anyone who is 6 weeks postpartum through menopausal and has a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse or suspects they have prolapse.
All exercises are taught in video form as well as a handout to print.
