Then you will learn a home exercise routine to put the strategy into practice specifically to target the muscles that are necessary to support the pelvic organs and pelvic functions as a body loses it's estrogen during perimenopause and menopause.
It's common for pelvic floor symptoms to develop for the first time or show back up for the first time since being early postpartum during this phase of life because of the loss of estrogen.
When we lose our estrogen in our pelvic tissues and muscles, any weakness and impairments often become symptomatic. This loss of estrogen can being 10 years prior to the cessation of menstruation.
This mini-course will help you activate the correct muscle pattern and build and maintain the strength needed for a healthy pelvis.
