In this mini-course, you will learn the foundational core strategy for activation your pelvic floor and deep abdominals and then a home exercise routine to put the strategy into practice.
This mini-course is appropriate for anyone who is postpartum (newly postpartum ~6 weeks to many years later) and/or anyone who has not yet learned correct deep core work and therefore is not getting their desired results from other kinds of core exercises.
The exercises are safe for diastasis and pelvic organ prolapse.
This course is NOT appropriate if you have pelvic pain during vaginal penetration or pain with urinating. Please see my pelvic pain/tightness mini-course.
All exercises are taught in video form as well as a handout to print.
