In this mini-course, you will learn the foundational strategy for activation of your pelvic floor and deep abdominals and then a home exercise routine to put the strategy into practice specifically to target urinary stress incontinence.
Urinary stress incontinence is a urine leak with a stressor or load such as a cough, sneeze, laugh, jump, movement.
This course is NOT for urge incontinence which is when a leak happens without such stressors and instead with the sudden urge to go pee. This course is also NOT for anyone who has pelvic pain with penetration or pain with urinating.
This mini-course is appropriate for anyone who is at least over 6 weeks postpartum.
All exercises are taught in video form as well as a handout to print.
