In this mini-course, you will learn the foundational core strategy for activation your pelvic floor (yes this still needs to be coordinated after a C-Section) and deep abdominals and then a home exercise routine to put the strategy into practice.
This mini-course is appropriate for anyone who is at least 6 weeks postpartum after a C-Section birth. This will also be appropriate for someone who is starting out on their core strengthening journey years postpartum from a C-Section birth.
The exercises are safe for diastasis.
*If you have pelvic pain during vaginal penetration, pain with urinating or urinary frequency/urgency; you can still do these exercises but only activate the abdominals and do not voluntarily engage the pelvic floor. (Yes still listen to the relax pelvic floor cues). You might also want to see my pelvic pain/tightness mini-course.
All exercises are taught in video form as well as a handout to print.
